Born amongst friends, to be enjoyed by friends
In 1973, a group of friends united by their love of gastronomy had a mission to create great wines to complement their culinary creations. The result was Bodegas Beronia. Our flagship winery is in La Rioja, Spain, with a second winery solely dedicated to the production of Verdejo located in Rueda. Almost five decades since we began, our award-winning, pioneering wines are enjoyed amongst friends around the world.
A journey through the elements
We invite you on a journey through the past, to the present and onto the future of Bodegas Beronia. Discover below what makes us who we are today.
Rooted in wine country
We acknowledge how privileged we are to be part of the winemaking history of the iconic regions, La Rioja and Rueda. We recognise the importance of shaping their sustainable futures and strive for the perfect balance between honouring local traditions while using advanced, modern practices to make the very best wines our land can produce.
The fruit of a friendship
We blend a classic winemaking approach with a dynamic attitude to cutting-edge techniques. The result? A wine portfolio of the highest quality, quintessentially Rioja and Rueda, with our unique Beronia style.
The Beronia style
We believe in a particular way of making wine. From harvest through to bottling, we have a duty to uphold a tradition based on a set of winemaking convictions while adapting to each unique harvest, making each year’s fruit shine.
